Introducing energy efficiency measures in the multi-family residential building
The construction is in relation to introducing energy efficiency measures in multi-family residential building, town of Razlog, 4 Byala reka Str. The building consists of three entrances, seven residential floors each, one semi-underground one where situated are the service rooms – basements and attic area – “cold roof”. The construction system is prefabricated panel buildings. The purpose of the construction is the building to reach grade of electrical consumption “C” according to the grades of electrical consumption for the types of buildings’ categories. This is obtained as performed are the following design solutions:
Roof – in the cold rood placed is mineral wool with thickness of 10 cm as below and above the mineral wool placed is vapor barrier. The old waterproofing of the roof is removed and placed is new bitumen hydraulic insulation in two levels. Above the balconies and entrances of the building the roof is made of polyurethane thermic panels 8 cm thick over a wooden structure.
Basement – on the basement’s ceiling placed are autoclave slabs with thickness of 5 cm, the entrance doors of the basement are replaced with metal ones with degree of fire safety = EI90
Facades – the damaged section of the façade are cleaned and strengthened. The exterior walls are thermally insulated with EPS-10 cm as from point of view the fire safety placed are horizontal and vertical stripes of rock wool pursuant to provisions. All window frames, different than PVC are replaced with PVC with double glazing, the plastering on the facades is silicate. The socket is filled with mosaic plaster.
Entrance areas and staircase floors –the common area of the three entrances are plastered and painted with latex. The railings, elevator doors and metal caps to the roof are repaired and repainted. Performed is repair of the power, low current, grounding and lighting installations. Vertical pipes of plumbing are fully replaced.
